Is Golden

I bent over a sizzling pan, fry crisp sound in all directions Oil vapors wipe out all traces of delicate fragrance of perfumed hair shampoo until a few minutes ago. And I fry for my life.

Begins fried vegetables. How much they love the oil rig, which adds crispness and color. Cauliflower and fry them in beaten hummus wraps spicy, typical of Indian cuisine, fried mozzarella and finishing, the Americans are so fond of. Right. Fried mozzarella sticks
Materials (24 sticks);
• 2 packages (360 grams) semi-hard mozzarella
• 3 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 handful of fresh herbs (parsley, basil), chopped
• Salt to taste
• freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
• 1 1/3 cups grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Frying oil
Preparation:
1. Mix the eggs with herbs, salt and black pepper.
2. involve together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan and salt.
3. Cut the mozzarella into 24 sticks.
4. Dip the sticks beaten egg, then mix the crumbs and press down firmly.
5. Dip the swamp again, and again with the breadcrumbs and press down firmly.
6. Deep fry until golden and crispy coating.
7. Drain, Drain residual oil and serve. Serve pesto sauce or tomato sauce, and even a slice of fresh 

lemon.

Fried cauliflower mixture of chickpea flour
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
• 1 small cauliflower, broken into small florets
• 1/2 cup chickpea flour
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika and spicy, to taste
• 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, ground
• 1 handful of coriander leaves, chopped
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
Preparation:
1. Cook the cauliflower in salted water until soft but retain their shape and Fricotm. Drain and cool.
2. Mix all the ingredients one batter. Add the cooked cauliflower in batter and set aside for 5 minutes.
3. With a slotted spoon transfer the cauliflower coated with hot oil and fry until they become golden and crispy.
4. Drain, Drain residual oil and serve.
