Summer is here in full force, and we are looking for things that are easier to eat - salads or sandwiches are an excellent solution. Materials (for 2 jars 200 ml)
• 180 grams (bunch) basil
• 170 ml olive oil (3/4 cup)
• 20 g almonds (2 tablespoons)
• 20g toasted walnuts (2 tablespoons)
• 6 grams of salt (1.5 teaspoons)
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Separate the basil leaves from the branches and rinse. Transfer the basil leaves in a food processor and begin to grind, add the oil, garlic, roasted almonds and toasted walnuts gradually, and then the salt and black pepper. Continue mixing until the operation spread smoothly.

• 200 g dried tomatoes
• 150 ml olive oil (2/3 cup)

• Half a branch of basil
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 2 tablespoons water
Soak the sun-dried tomatoes with boiling water, waiting for the water to cool off and drain the tomatoes. In a food processor grind the sun-dried tomatoes with thyme, basil, sugar, black pepper and garlic until blended.
Gradually add all the liquid olive oil, vinegar, canola oil and water while the blender is working. Continue to mix until uniform in texture paste.
Pepper paste
Spread a variety of intense flavors of pepper, garlic, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Preparation little longer than other spreads due process of roasting the peppers, but it is still xu paste easy to prepare and absolutely delicious.

• 8 red peppers
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 5-7 mint leaves (optional)
Crossing the peppers into quarters and remove the seeds. Roast in a moderate oven (200 degrees) for 30 minutes, until the peppers are scorching a little clip. Remove the peppers from the baking pan and place in a plastic bag closed. Waiting until the peppers cool off, and peel the bark.
