Classical

Donuts Classic
List of materials:
1 pound of flour
50g fresh yeast
200 grams of sugar

30 g brandy

Preparation:
A mixer with a dough hook mix flour and yeast. Add milk, sugar, eggs, put everything on low speed until the dough is smooth. Add salt and put a high-speed, again until the dough is smooth and smooth, add butter and knead the dough well assimilated.
Let rise until the dough doubles in volume, for about an hour and a half. Divide the dough into 30 balls and roll. Grease the pills to prevent dehydration, and leave it to rise on a greased tray, cover and let rise until they double in volume for about 30 minutes. Heat cooking oil in a pot and fry one side until golden brown and turn and fry the other side. Fill with jam and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
