Bears fruit

Preparation:

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

• 1/2 cup toasted almonds
• Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. In a large pot, with a wide brim and heat resistant Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and golden brown the chicken on all sides, remove from the pot and set aside.

8. Decorate with bits of toasted almonds and serve.
